Procedure of Grievance and Reporting Management
The Company has established the "Procedure of Grievance and Reporting Management" along with a dedicated ethical reporting hotline and mailbox. This system allows employees or external parties to submit complaints or reports—either personally named or anonymously—upon discovering any violations of ethics, laws, or organizational integrity.
Reports submitted by employees or external parties are investigated and reported by the Human Resources Department. If the accused party is an appointed manager or of a higher executive level, the case will be escalated to the General Manager or Chairman to determine the appropriate investigative unit.
In cases where complaints or reports are verified to be true after investigation, if the violator is an employee, they will be disciplined in accordance with the Company’s "Procedure of Employee Reward and Punishment Management"; if the violator is a supplier, they will be given a serious warning or have their partnership terminated depending on the severity of the circumstances; if there is any violation of laws or regulations, it will be handled in accordance with the law.
The regulations explicitly and strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against those who make complaints or reports.
