The Supplier CSR Performance Management

Giga Solution formulated CSR supplier code of conduct as a standard to follow, and kept the latest version in compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct. The Suppliers are required to sign the compliance confirmation to ensure the adherence to the latest standards.

Giga Solution requires all of our suppliers and contractors to comply with 「Supplier CSR and Business Ethics Guidelines」 to achieve the goal of CSR in the industry supply chain.

供應商稽核

全智每年對製程相關供應商、勞工招募仲介，及駐廠服務供應商等主要供應商進行企業社會責任各個面向的實地稽核，以確保產業價值鏈遵循經濟、環境、社會等相關之法規與相關規範。

接受稽核的供應商在社會面向都恪守所在地勞動法令，沒有雇用童工或強迫勞動情事，管理階層與勞工具備溝通協商機制，對勞工結社自由亦都予以尊重；勞工安全衛生的管理均相當完善。製程相關供應商，製程僅使用少量化學品且管理相當妥適，廢棄物處置均合乎法令規範且善盡環境保護責任，無安全或影響環境之虞。主要供應商並無違反法令的處罰，良好的管理對社會面或環境面並無負面衝擊，實現符合本公司對供應商符合供應鏈企業社會責任績效的期待，並保持持續供應鏈夥伴關係。
